Today is the day of the rest of your life!
– or at least that is what i have heard. The day is still Monday, but thinking positively the sun was shining for the first time in weeks!
I want to make a bet with myself; no sugar and/or unhealthy foods for 1 week! (not that i eat THAT unhealthy but, it is always good to change habits)
