Yesterday was day 3 of my “healthy for 1 week”. I no longer crave sugar, and if i have a weak moment i eat a pear, apple or something sweet yet healthy.
My dad was working last night, so it was just me and my mom for dinner. She asked what i was going to make where i answered; Chicken fillets turned in red pesto w. a salad on the side. My mouth was dripping (not literally :P) while cooking because the pesto smelled amazing!

– my mom cooked pasta because that is what she likes in her salad, and she roasted some bacon (i did not eat any!)
– as the dufus that i am, i forgot to take a photo of my finished work
We always drink milk at dinner, so i drank that as well
