You guys seem to love the food recipes, so here is another one for y’all:
I used the Pågen bread (which I think is only available in Denmark, Germany, Norway and Sweden)
Pågen bread w. salad, sliced ham and creme fraiche dressing. With milk of cause (I always drink either milk or water for lunch)
The “brown thingy” is called a frikadelle which is very similar to a meatball.
If you want to make frikadelles here is the recipe:
*1/2 pound of minced beef
*1/2 pound of minced pork
*1 cup of flour
*1 minced onion
*1/4 teaspoon of pepper
*1 teaspoon of salt
*1 to 1 1/2 cup of milk
*butter or margarine
*non-stick frying pan
You mix it all together and make some oval-shaped meatballs next step is to fry them; on medium heat (they shall not touch each other on the pan) and after they are brownish and NOT pink they are ready to be served!
*** I always seem to use Creme Fraiche dressing instead of miracle whip or anything else… ***
